Process
Our system is First In, First Out. It takes 1-3 business days to prepare and ship your order. Orders are processed on business days, from 9am to 4pm.
Want to skip the line? Choose Express Shipping and your package will be shipped out the same day.
Confirmation
You will receive an email once your order has been packed, scanned and is ready for collection.
We choose the most efficient delivery service based on the country we deliver to.
Trace
Your next email will contain a tracking number to track the delivery to your door or collection point.

pick-up points
Our passion for cars leaves a mark on the environment, and that also applies to delivering parcels throughout Europe.
To compensate for this, we encourage you to select the Pick-Up Point option at checkout if you can. Grouping deliveries saves everyone time, and you can pick up your products whenever you want, very close to your home.

What is
Express Shipping?
By choosing Express Shipping you speed up your order at both WAX-IT and the delivery service.
You jump to the front of the queue - this means that if you order before 4pm, your products will be shipped SAME DAY.
We will advise the delivery service to use their Express service, whoever we ship with.

If you see the damage upon delivery, simply refuse the delivery.
7 days to send us
the details
If you have received a damaged delivery, you must notify us within 1 week with the following information: description, product list, detailed photos and barcode.

Once you have confirmation from the postal service, we will let you know which products can be refunded, replaced or returned.
