How can I change my invoice?

Please contact Our Team within 7 working days and we will assist you.

Where can I find my invoices?

First, go to your order history in My Account > My Orders. Once there, click on See Order for the invoice you want and select Print Order. You will be directed to a PDF of your order/invoice which you can print or download.

What if I haven't received an invoice?

Check your invoice in My Account > My Orders. Can't find it? Please contact Our Team.

What if my invoice is incorrect?

Please contact Our Team within 7 working days and we will assist you.

How can I enter my company details?

You can add your VAT number in My Account > Account Information, and you can add your company name in My Account > Change Address under Default Billing Address.

Why is the payment status in My Orders incorrect?

If your order status is incorrect, please contact Our Team for further clarification.

Why was my credit card payment declined?

This could be due to a technical error, you have reached your limit, a company has put a guarantee on it or your card has been exposed to a threat/fraud and therefore the banking institution has deactivated/blocked your card.

What if I paid twice?

Please contact Our Team within 7 working days and we will assist you.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

First, it is best to check your spam box in case your email was filtered. If the confirmation email has not reached you after 24 hours, please contact Our Team and we will help you further.

How can I pay?

You can pay online with Bancontact (card and app), credit card (Visa or MasterCard), PayPal, Maestro, WAX-IT gift cards, Sofort Banking, iDeal, Giropay or with bank apps. In the store you can pay with Bancontact, credit card or cash.

Can I pay in cash?

Not in the webshop. Only in our store you can pay with cash.

Can I pay afterwards?

No, your order will only be processed once your payment has been made.

How can I pay with Bancontact?

You can pay with your Bancontact card and with the Payconiq by Bancontact app, online and in our stores. When ordering your product online, choose the Bancontact payment method and confirm the payment with your Bancontact card or with the Payconiq by Bancontact app on your smartphone. You can also complete the payment with all individual online banking apps. Paying with Bancontact is safe and completely free.

Can I pay with EcoCheques?

No, this is not possible at WAX-IT.

Can I buy a gift card?

Yes! You can find our gift cards here, select an amount and place your order. We will then send you a gift card to give away, or if you prefer, a digital version can be requested.
