Price
1 | Total price
The entire rally costs €3875 per car (i.e. for two people). This price includes accommodation, meals, and additional planned activities.
Fuel costs are not included.
2 | Advanced payment
When registering, you pay a deposit of €900.
This is the amount that will be charged immediately upon registration and serves as a deposit.
Cancellation is free of charge until 31/05.
3 | Invoice
The remaining balance of €2975 will be settled by invoice from 30/06 onwards.
*The price is calculated based on one room per participating car with two drivers.
DAY 1 ─
Start location: Weingutt Kopp
We will first meet up for lunch at the Weingutt Kopp wine estate. Under the motto “well begun is half done”, this promises to be a strong start to the rally. Participants will drive to the starting location independently, at their own pace.
Then the first rally stage begins. We drive through the mysterious Black Forest from Baden-Baden towards the Liberty Hotel.

Hotel: Liberty Hotel
We’ll settle in after the first kilometers at the unique Liberty Hotel, in the heart of the Black Forest. Upon arrival, there’s time to unwind before we gather for a cosy BBQ to recount the highlights of the first drive.
Never spent a night in a cell? There's a first time for everything, because this hotel is located in a former prison. Although the comfort level has been significantly upgraded, you will still find many unique elements in the interior.

DAY 2 ─
Lunch: Bruggaa
The second leg takes us to Restaurant Bruggaa for a two-course menu (and for those familiar with the WAX-IT Rally: we promise it will only be two courses 😉). Their vision – ‘Gastronomy for the soul, rooted in the region, combined with a contemporary lifestyle’ – certainly promises great things.
After lunch, there are two options: either join the second ride of the day and enjoy beautiful views and exciting routes, or drive straight to the hotel where we're staying that night (Luisenhöhe, 20 minutes away) for some quality time in the hotel wellness centre or the surrounding area.

This hotel exudes the nature that surrounds it, radiates tranquillity and luxury, and also boasts a cuisine that will blow you away.
After the drive, there will be plenty of time to enjoy the facilities or explore the beautiful surroundings. In the evening, we will gather again for a top-class dining experience in an intimate setting. Are you already dreaming?

DAY 3 ─
Lunch: Schlossli Worth
On day 3, we cross the border for lunch at a unique location! The first ride of the day takes us to Schlossli Worth, a restaurant overlooking Europe's largest waterfall!
Beware of roaming charges! This stop is located just across the border in Switzerland. (Vignette not required).
After this impressive piece of nature, we drive back to our base, Hotel Luisenhöhe, to relax completely and have dinner.

DAY 4 ─
Lunch: Schloss Eberstein
All good things must come to an end, and unfortunately that includes this promising edition of the WAX-IT Rally. But don't worry, we won't be going home without ending on a high note together.
After the final ride, we enjoy one last group lunch at Schloss Eberstein. The restaurant serves dishes that are already making us hungry, but the best part is the setting. The castle offers impressive views of the Black Forest, allowing us to relive our rides.
