Looking for practical advice and technical training?

Professional Training Days are not for beginners. You need to be ready to make detailing your career, and that means two things: being consistent at a very high level, and knowing your craft. Even for part-time detailers, we recommend starting with our Demo Days, as that knowledge is the bare minimum you need to go through the steps on this page.

Our Demo Days will give you all the practical skills you need to progress as a detailer, so let's start there:

DEMODAYS

GYEON - Pro training

1 full weekday minimum | Max. 3 persons | Trainer: Yves Heylen | From  €895  excl. VAT

If you are looking to start your own detailing business, or take your current one to the next level, partnering with GYEON is the way to do it.

This pro course covers the technical side of detailing (we expect your basics to be solid) before focusing heavily on how to turn it into a business. We’ll walk you through the process of setting up and equipping your detailing studio, and teach you the importance of setting up procedures that allow you to deliver consistent results.

Together we will define your services and explain how to determine your pricing structure, discuss how to properly inform your clients about the services you will provide, and how to sell them the right service to turn them into a loyal, lifelong customer. We will also show you how to create a unique marketing strategy that will attract the customers you are looking for.

This training creates a roadmap for you to follow in the development of your business. Once you have walked this path and implemented everything we have taught you, we can complete the GYEON Certification process.

GYEON - Advanced polishing

1 full weekday minimum | Max. 3 persons | Trainer: Yves Heylen | From  €895  excl. VAT

An one-on-one masterclass, and the best investment you will ever make

If paint correction is needed, polishing takes up most of the time on a detail. Working efficiently at this point will save you a lot of time, which will increase your margins and free up time to take on more projects.

We will also teach you how to take your paint correction to the next level so that you can remove defects that you were previously unable to remove. Once you have mastered the art of polishing, you should also be able to incorporate it into your services and pricing structure. Properly inspecting paintwork and assessing the correct procedure will help you quote a price to your client and gain their trust to win the project. This step is often overlooked and we will make sure you get it done.

GYEON - Advanced coating

1 full weekday minimum | Max. 3 persons | Trainer: Yves Heylen | From  €895  excl. VAT

Whether you have experience in car polishing or our GYEON Professional Training day, this high level day will advance your in depth knowledge of coatings as well as your application skills.

Together we will discuss every possible coating; first we will cover the technical side, to ensure that any new coating you apply will be applied without any problems and with the maximum durability and the best possible finish, and then we will move on to help you educate your customers about the different coatings available and which one is best to choose.

At the end of the training you will be able to confidently apply any coating on the market and offer the right coating for every car, customer and specific situation.

GYEON - Intro to PPF

4 hours | Max. 3 persons | Trainer: Thomas Meirhaeghe | From  €675  excl. VAT

If you want to start your business with PPF but have little experience, this is your first step.

We will teach you the tools and techniques required to perform a quality PPF installation before moving on to the most important part: how to run a profitable PPF business. We will teach you how to price and sell your services. The high failure rate of PPF installers is due to the high learning costs involved in mastering PPF. There is a steep, expensive learning curve; if you make a mistake, you have to replace the part and the costs quickly add up. That is why this PPF Introductory course is so valuable, because you keep the costs down by learning the trade in our PPF studio.

You will get a good idea if PPF is worth the investment or not, and if you have the right feeling and business for it. If so, the next step is the Advanced PPF course to get a full hands-on training on a real car.

GYEON - Advanced PPF

2 full weekdays | Max. 3 persons | Trainer: Thomas Meirhaeghe | From  €1250  excl. VAT

We pick up where we left off at the PPF introduction. We convert the knowledge gained into real world experience and perform a complete PPF installation on a car that you take to the PPF studio.

The course will cover the preparation, installation and finishing of all the different parts of the car. It’s all well and good learning to apply PPF to a test panel, but it’s a whole different ball game when it’s done on a real car with plastic parts and no room for error.

After this 'real world' training scenario you should be able to start your own PPF projects.
