01 | A tool during the final step
The perfect finish, without stains or drip lines, even in and around the complex parts of the car.
Quick detailing is not necessarily an extra step. Although there are different types, you can simply see it as an aid to your current steps. A tool that provides a protective layer and adds shine (unless you use a matte paint quick detailer). You will also notice the benefits, with future washes the dirt will rinse off easier & your car will dry faster and easier.

02 | The 3 types
There are 3 main types of quick detailers, each with a different purpose:
Gloss enhancers
The most common type for a neatly detailed look, which can also be used as a drying aid.
After drying, spray on both the microfiber cloth and the car, applying panel by panel.
Buff with a microfiber cloth.
Enjoy the look of a freshly detailed car after every wash.
Paint protectors
Think of it as a quick and easy spray-on wax that forms a barrier against dirt, oil and water. Not only that, but it makes your next wash even smoother and safer!
After drying, spray on both the towel and the car, applying panel by panel.
Buff with a microfiber cloth.
A bit more intensive to use than the shine enhancing QD but it will keep your skin happy for a few weeks!
Washing without water
A lubricant that lifts dust and light dirt so you can remove it with a polishing cloth.
Spray on dusty paint.
Wipe with a microfiber cloth, together with the dust.
Start with the cloth flat and slowly pull away from the paint as you wipe. This way you scoop up the dirt instead of rubbing it into the paint.
Pro Tip: Need to move quickly? Spray directly onto the car while it’s still wet. The quick detailer acts as a lubricant, allowing your microfiber towel to soak up the water while adding a layer of protection and shine.
03 | Here are some tips
To help you on your way.
How to apply
You will need approximately 4 microfiber towels to quick detail your entire car.
Fold your towel in 4 (half, then half again) and use each side only once.
Spray some product onto both the cloth and the paintwork and apply with long strokes, without applying pressure - work on a maximum of 4 panels at a time.
How to rub off
Fold the microfiber cloth in 4 before you start.
Rub with small movements, using as little pressure as possible, until all residue is gone.
Switch to a new side regularly and do not reuse any side.
Change cloth once you have used all sides.
The right QD cloth
You need a safe microfiber cloth, so choose a thick fluffy cloth. These thick long fibers are very soft but also provide a buffer and keep dirt away from your precious paintwork.

Pro Tip: Quick detail your door sills, trunk & engine compartment after every wash to prevent dirt build-up, so they always stay clean and protected.
