Do you never want to run out of power again while inspecting paintwork with your Scangrip Starmatch or other compatible lighting? The Scangrip USB-C Battery 18650 is a high-quality, rechargeable lithium-ion battery (3.7V / 2600 mAh) specifically designed for intensive professional use.
What makes this 18650 battery unique is the integrated USB-C port directly on the battery itself. This means you no longer need a separate, cumbersome battery charger to charge it. You simply plug a standard USB-C cable directly into the battery. The battery is equipped with a smart, built-in charge indicator (red/green LED) and advanced electronic protection against overcharging, deep discharging, and short circuits. This guarantees a long service life and maximum safety during charging and operation.

How do you use the USB-C Battery 18650?
Insert the charged 18650 battery into the battery compartment of your Scangrip Starmatch or another compatible device with the correct polarity (+ and -) and close the lock. You can now use the lamp immediately.
Is the battery empty? Remove it from the device. Insert a USB-C charging cable into the port located on the side (or near the positive terminal) of the battery and connect the other end to a USB charger or USB port. A small red LED indicator light on the battery will light up while charging. As soon as this light turns green, the battery is fully charged (this takes an average of 2 to 2.5 hours) and is ready to be placed back in your lamp.
