What is so special about the USB-C Battery 18650?

What makes this 18650 battery unique is the integrated USB-C port directly on the battery itself. You no longer need a separate, bulky battery charger to charge it. Simply plug a standard USB-C cable directly into the battery. The battery is equipped with a smart, built-in charging indicator (red/green LED) and advanced electronic protection against overcharging, deep discharging, and short-circuiting. This guarantees a long service life and maximum safety during charging and operation.

How do you use the USB-C Battery 18650?

Slide the charged 18650 battery into the battery compartment of your Scangrip Starmatch or other compatible device, ensuring the correct polarity (+ and -), and close the latch. You can now use the lamp immediately.

Is the battery empty? Remove it from the device. Insert a USB-C charging cable into the port located on the side (or near the positive terminal) of the battery and connect the other end to a USB charger or USB port. While charging, a small red LED indicator light on the battery will turn on. Once this light turns green, the battery is fully charged (this takes an average of 2 to 2.5 hours) and is ready to be placed back into your lamp.
