What is so special about the Sandblasting Set?
The AVA Sandblasting Kit is the powerhouse in the range for heavy-duty work. Where water pressure alone is not enough, this kit adds an abrasive element to tackle stubborn layers. It is the ultimate solution for removing rust from metal, stripping old layers of paint, or cleaning heavily soiled stone walls.
Instead of an expensive and bulky sandblasting machine, this kit transforms your own high-pressure cleaner into a wet sandblasting system. The special nozzle uses underpressure (the Venturi effect) to suck up sand from a bag or bucket, mixes it with the powerful water jet, and fires it at the surface at high speed. The result is a thorough cleaning deep into the pores, with the water immediately binding the dust, meaning you have far fewer issues with airborne dirt compared to traditional dry sandblasting.

How do you use the sandblasting set?
Attach the sandblasting nozzle to your AVA lance and insert the included suction hose into a bag of dry blasting sand (such as quartz sand or another suitable blasting medium). Ensure the sand is bone-dry; damp sand will block the supply immediately.
Hold the nozzle at a distance of approximately 10 to 20 centimeters from the object and operate the trigger. Work with even movements and always wear appropriate protective equipment, such as safety glasses and gloves, as the particles can bounce back with high force. After the job is finished, rinse the treated surface (especially metal) thoroughly and immediately to remove all traces of sand and dirt. Clean the nozzle and suction hose thoroughly after use to prevent blockages during your next job.
