These pads combine the cutting power of microfibers with the flexibility of a high-quality foam interlayer. Thanks to the unique structure of the fibers, these pads can remove paint defects such as fine scratches, swirls, and oxidation faster than traditional foam pads, while still leaving behind an impressive shine.
The "Dual Action" design ensures excellent heat dissipation during polishing, which is crucial for safely working the paintwork. The pads are perfectly balanced for use on orbital (Dual Action) polishers. Whether you are tackling a hard paint type requiring extensive correction or performing a one-step polish to restore color depth, these microfiber pads offer the efficiency and durability you expect from AVA.

How do you use the Dual Action Microfiber Pads?
Attach the microfiber pad centrally to the backing plate of your polishing machine. Apply three to four pea-sized drops of polishing compound to the pad. Before turning on the machine, tap the pad onto the surface to be treated to distribute the polishing compound evenly.
Polish at a low to medium speed and apply light pressure. It is essential to keep the microfibers clean during the process; after each section, use a soft brush or compressed air to "roughen up" the fibers again and remove accumulated polish. This prevents the pad from becoming saturated and losing its cutting power. After the job, you can wash the pads by hand with a mild pad cleaner or in the washing machine on a low cycle (without fabric softener) to bring them back to top condition for the next session.
