What's so special about the XCE 10-8 125?
The FLEX XCE 10-8 125 is the "forced" orbital polisher in the FLEX range, often referred to as the successor to the legendary XC 3401 (The Beast). What makes this machine unique is its direct drive: the eccentric movement (8 mm stroke) continues to rotate constantly, even when applying high pressure. Where normal orbital machines can stop rotating at corners or edges, the XCE continues its work undisturbed. This makes it the ideal intermediate step for detailers who want the safety of an orbital but need the corrective power of a rotary machine. The machine is perfect for removing holograms and tackling medium to severe paint defects.

How do you use the XCE 10-8 125?
Attach a 125mm polishing pad to the Velcro backing pad. Thanks to the ergonomic bracket head and the slim handle, you have complete control over the machine. Use the adjustment wheel to set the speed and use the throttle switch for a controlled start (soft start). Because the rotation is forced, you don't have to worry about the pad stalling on the contours of the car. Move the machine over the surface in an overlapping pattern. The machine is low-vibration and relatively quiet, making working on large panels such as hoods or roofs very comfortable. After use, you can safely lay the machine on its back (equipped with rubber support points) to keep the pad clean.
