What is so special about the XFE 15 150 18.0-EC/5.0 Set?
The FLEX XFE 15 150 18.0-EC C is a powerful, cordless orbital polisher with a 15 mm polishing stroke and a durable brushless motor. It delivers a brilliant, hologram-free finish — even on the most sensitive paints. With stepless speed control, minimal heat generation, and an ergonomic design, this machine is ideal for intensive professional use.
The XFE 15 comes standard with a 150 mm backing pad, while a 125 mm backing pad is optionally available for extra flexibility.
This set also includes the Flex Power Set 55R, including two 18V 5.0 Ah batteries and a fast charger. This allows you to work continuously and powerfully for extended periods, completely cordless and without compromising on performance — perfect for intensive polishing jobs.

How do you use the XFE 15 150 18.0-EC/5.0 Set?
Click a charged 18V battery into the machine. Thanks to the low center of gravity, the XFE sits stably in the hand. Place a polishing pad (e.g. 150mm) on the supplied backing pad. Set the desired speed with the adjustment wheel (range from 2300 to 3800 runs/min) and use the throttle switch for a smooth start.
Move the machine in a criss-cross pattern over the paintwork. Because this is a free-wheeling eccentric, the rotation will stop if you apply too much pressure to edges or folds in the sheet metal; this is a built-in safety feature to prevent paint damage. After the job, store the machine and batteries back in the L-BOXX, where the charger prepares the batteries for the next round in record time.
