EXS M14 SET
Extension rods for rotary polishers for working in narrow and difficult-to-reach places, such as exterior mirrors, spoilers, bumpers, etc.
Consists of three M14 anodized aluminum extension rods measuring 50 mm, 80 mm, and 120 mm, as well as an M14 adapter for cordless screwdrivers. Spindle diameter: 19 mm, wrench size SW 17, max. backing pad diameter: 75 mm, max. polishing pad diameter: 80 mm.
Packed in the handy Mini L-BOXX® with insert and separate compartment for the LED lamp Swirl Finder SF 150-P (not included).

The FLEX EXS M14 SET is an innovative expansion set that transforms your standard rotary polisher (with M14 connection) into a highly precise orbital machine. This set is the perfect solution for detailers who want to combine the power of a rotary with the safety and finish quality of an orbital, without purchasing a completely new machine.
The set includes an eccentric adapter with a stroke of 12 mm, a special side handle for better control, and a matching backing pad. With this, you transform your trusted FLEX PE 14-2 (or similar) into a powerful tool for hologram-free finishing and safely removing paint defects on medium-sized surfaces.

How do you use the EXS M14 Set?
Screw the eccentric adapter directly onto the M14 shaft of your rotary polisher and secure it (use the machine's spindle lock). Next, mount the supplied side handle onto the adapter housing; this is essential to keep the eccentric forces stable on the paintwork. Attach the desired polishing pad to the backing plate.
Because a rotary machine often has higher torque, it is advisable to start at a low speed to get used to the 12 mm stroke. Move the machine across the surface in a criss-cross pattern. After the job is done, the adapter can be easily removed to use the machine again in the normal rotary mode.
