Consists of three M14 anodized aluminum extensions (50 mm, 80 mm, and 120 mm) as well as an M14 adapter for a cordless drill/driver. Spindle Ø 19 mm, wrench flat SW 17, max. backing plate Ø 75 mm, max. polishing pad Ø 80 mm.
Packaged in a convenient Mini L-BOXX® with insert and a separate compartment for the Swirl Finder SF 150-P LED light (not included).

The set includes a dual-action adapter with a 12 mm stroke, a special side handle for improved control, and a matching backing plate. With this, you transform your trusted FLEX PE 14-2 (or similar) into a powerful tool for hologram-free finishing and the safe removal of paint defects on medium-sized surfaces.

How do you use the EXS M14 Set?
Screw the eccentric adapter directly onto the M14 spindle of your rotary polisher and secure it (use the machine's spindle lock). Then, mount the included side handle onto the adapter housing; this is essential for keeping the eccentric forces stable on the paint. Attach the desired polishing pad to the backing plate.
Because a rotary machine often has higher torque, it is advisable to start at a low speed to get used to the 12 mm throw. Move the machine over the surface in a cross-hatch pattern. After the job, the adapter can be easily disassembled to return the machine to its normal rotary mode.
