What is so special about the PZ-G 35 HEX VE5?
The FLEX PZ-G 35 HEX is a set of five cylindrical polishing sponges in green. Within the FLEX color system, green stands for "Heavy Cut." These sponges feature a coarse, open-cell structure with high abrasive power. They are designed to be clicked directly into the FLEX FS 140 flexible shaft thanks to the convenient HEX shank.
This is your go-to accessory when you need to remove serious paint damage, deep scratches, or oxidation in areas where you cannot reach with a standard machine, such as weathered exhaust tips, heavily scratched high-gloss plastic in a grille, or small spot-repair locations.

How do you use the PZ-G 35 HEX VE5?
Click the hexagonal shaft of the green PZ-G 35 into the bit holder of your flexible shaft (which is mounted on the PXE 80). Apply a small amount of "heavy cut" polishing compound to the sponge. Because this sponge is quite firm and aggressive, it is important to start at a low speed to distribute the compound and then increase the speed slightly for the actual correction.
Use the flat end for flat sections and the side for contours. Due to the hardness of the foam, the sponge dissipates heat well, but remain alert when working on plastic. After the heavy-cut step with this green sponge, it is essential to scale down to a finer sponge (such as the orange one) for a perfect gloss.
