What is so special about the PK-G 35 HEX?
The FLEX PK-G 35 HEX is a set of five green polishing cones (Polishing Cone) with a diameter of 35 mm. Within the FLEX ecosystem, the color green stands for "Heavy Cut". These are the most aggressive cones in the range, made of a hard, open-cell foam that offers maximum abrasive power. Thanks to the HEX shank (hexagonal), they are specifically designed for a rock-solid connection with the FLEX FS 140 flexible shaft. The cone shape is your secret weapon for heavy-duty work in the smallest nooks: think of removing stubborn oxidation from complex rims or polishing away deep scratches in the deepest corners of a bumper grille.

How do you use the PK-G 35 HEX?
Click the PK-G 35 with the hexagonal shank into the holder of the flexible shaft. Apply a small amount of Heavy Cut polishing paste to the cone. Due to the hardness of the green foam, it is important to position the cone correctly before starting the machine. Use the sharp point for deep defects in corners and the wide base for the slightly larger, narrow areas. Because this is a "cutting" step, the surface will likely show a slight haze (marring) after use. This is normal; you restore the shine afterwards by scaling down to the purple (medium) or orange (fine) variant.
