What is so special about the PK-O 35 HEX?
The FLEX PK-O 35 HEX is a set of five polishing cones (orange) with a small diameter of 35 mm, featuring a hexagonal (HEX) shank. These cones are made of medium-firm foam, making them ideal for light to medium correction work in areas where a round pad simply cannot reach. Think of the inside of door handles, complex wheel designs, or exhaust tips. At FLEX, the orange color indicates a foam that offers a good balance between cutting power and gloss level. The hexagonal connection ensures a slip-free attachment to the FLEX FS 140 flexible shaft.

How do you use the PK-O 35 HEX?
Insert the hexagonal shaft of the PK-O 35 into the bit holder of your flexible shaft (connected to the PXE 80). Apply a small drop of polishing compound to the tip or the flank of the cone. Thanks to the cone shape, you can vary your working position: the tip is perfect for deep corners, while the wide side can be used for narrow strips.
Work at a moderate speed and let the cone do the work without applying excessive pressure, which will benefit the longevity of the shaft connection. After use, you can clean the cones manually with a mild pad cleaner to prepare them for the next job.
