What is so special about the PK-O 35 HEX?
The FLEX PK-O 35 HEX is a set of five polishing cones (orange) with a small diameter of 35mm, featuring a HEX shank. These cones are made of a medium-hard foam, making them ideal for light to medium-heavy correction work in areas that simply cannot reach with a round pad. Think of the inside of door handles, complex rim designs, or exhaust trim. At FLEX, the orange color indicates a foam that offers a good balance between correction power and gloss level. The hexagonal connection ensures a slip-free connection with the FLEX FS 140 flexible shaft.

How do you use the PK-O 35 HEX?
Insert the hexagonal shank of the PK-O 35 into the bit holder of your flexible shaft (connected to the PXE 80). Apply a small drop of polishing compound to the tip or the side of the cone. The conical shape allows you to vary the workspace: the tip is perfect for deep corners, while the wide side can be used for narrow surfaces.
Work at a moderate speed and let the cone do the work without applying excessive pressure, which extends the lifespan of the shank joint. After use, you can manually clean the cones with a mild pad cleaner to prepare them for the next job.
