What's so special about the BW 18.0-EC / Detailing Set?
The FLEX BW 18.0-EC is a compact, cordless battery-powered blower that has set the standard in the detailing world for safe and contactless vehicle drying. Equipped with a powerful brushless motor, this machine moves large volumes of air at high speed. In the Detailing Set, the blower comes with specific attachments, including an extension tube and soft rubber nozzles. This is crucial for preventing scratches if you accidentally touch the paintwork. The machine is ideal for blowing water out of mirror caps, grilles, rims, and window seals—places that a drying cloth often cannot reach and that can continue to drip for hours after washing.

How do you use the BW 18.0-EC / Detailing Set?
Click a fully charged 18V battery into the machine and select the desired attachment (preferably the rubber nozzle for paintwork). The blower features a stepless throttle switch and three different settings to limit the maximum airflow; choose setting 3 for roughly drying large surfaces and a lower setting for delicate interior work. Direct the airflow from top to bottom over the vehicle to literally blast the water off the paintwork. After washing, use the machine specifically on crevices, wheel bolts, and emblems to prevent limescale stains caused by residual water. After use, remove the battery and store the machine dust-free to prevent dirt from entering the turbine during the next wash.
