How do you use the AP 18.0/5.0?
Slide the battery onto the charger or machine until you hear a clear click confirming it is locked in place. To check the current charge status, briefly press the test button on the front; the four green LED indicators will immediately show how much energy is still available (for example, 4 LEDs means 75-100% full). When working with heavy-duty machines, such as the XFE or XCE polishers, it is advisable to swap the battery as soon as the last LED begins to flash to avoid unnecessarily triggering the deep-discharge protection. For maximum lifespan, charge the battery at room temperature and store it in a dry place if you do not intend to use it for an extended period.
