What's so special about Foam Pro 2+?
The IK FOAM Pro 2+ professional hand foamer is designed to generate dry, durable foam. Designed for use with chemical surfactants.
The advantage of the FOAM Pro 2+ is that it has a compressed air connection; an inlet valve in the spray head allows air to be introduced into the tank thanks to the universal Schrader valve for connections worldwide.
IK FOAM Pro 2+ provides the user with a dense, permanent foam that is ideal for professional cleaning, sanitation and disinfection work, cleaning HVAC systems, washing and detailing vehicles, and for disinfecting food processing areas and industrial kitchens.
The IK FOAM Pro 2+ hand foamer is a foam generator designed for cleaning tasks in various sectors.
The FOAM Pro 2+ can be operated in two different ways: manually or with a compressed air connection. This valve is widely used in tire inflation. It allows the tank to be pressurized using generic compressor modules, such as those intended for tire inflation. The air connection makes pressurization faster and easier by using commercially available equipment without the need for manual pumping.
This sprayer features a wide filling nozzle, ergonomic design, safety valve set at 3 bar (pressurized), base for greater stability, colored caps to identify the tank contents, safety lock on the opening and closing system.
It is equipped with three mixers (orange, gray and green) that allow you to vary the type of foam by choosing between wet, intermediate or dry foam.
By using foam, we can extend the contact time between the chemical and the surface being cleaned, allowing us to clean fabrics and upholstery without over-saturating them, which promotes mold and bacteria growth, and finally, we have better visual control over the surface being sprayed.
The simple manual assembly and disassembly of the IK FOAM Pro 2+ allows for complete tool-free maintenance.

How do you use the Foam Pro 2+?
Pour the desired amount of water into the reservoir and add the foam concentrate, keeping the liquid level below the maximum fill line to allow sufficient room for air build-up. You can build up the pressure manually with the pump rod or use the valve to connect an external compressor for a fast and constant pressure supply.
Aim the sprayer at the vehicle and apply an even layer of foam, ensuring the device delivers a constant flow as long as the pressure is sufficient. After application, always release the pressure completely via the built-in safety valve before opening the bottle. To prevent blockages in the mixers, it is advisable to rinse the nozzle with clean water after use and to regularly check the internal filters for soap residue.
