How do you use the Service Kit?
Begin by completely depressurizing the syringe via the safety valve and carefully remove the pump unit from the reservoir. Remove the worn rubber rings and valves using a suitable tool, taking care not to damage the seal seats. Place the new parts from the kit in the correct positions and apply a small amount of silicone grease to the moving parts and seals to promote smooth operation and airtightness.
Reassemble the pump unit and test the system with clean water to check if the pressure build-up is functioning optimally again. It is advisable to perform this overhaul preventively during intensive use or as soon as you notice that the pump offers less resistance during pumping.
