How do you use the Phat-Neut?

1. Pre-wash: Remove loose dirt beforehand.

Do not wash the car in direct sunlight and ensure the paint feels cool. Rinse the car thoroughly with a pressure washer or apply a snow foam (such as Bilt Hamber Auto-Foam) to safely remove heavy, loose dirt before touching the paintwork.

2. Prepare the buckets: Use the correct dosage.

Use the well-known 'two-bucket method': one bucket with clean rinse water and one wash bucket. Add the recommended amount of Phat-Neut to the wash bucket (usually a few capfuls for a 10-liter bucket, depending on the exact concentration guidelines on the bottle). Fill the bucket with a powerful jet of water to create a rich foam layer.

3. The wash process: Work from top to bottom.​

Dip a high-quality microfiber wash mitt into the Phat-Neut bucket. Wash the car panel by panel, starting at the top (roof and hood) and working your way down to the dirtier areas. Let the wash mitt glide over the paint without applying pressure.

4. Intermediate rinsing: Keep the wash mitt clean.

Rinse the wash mitt thoroughly in the clean rinse water bucket after every panel to release any trapped dirt. Only then should you dip the mitt back into the Phat-Neut shampoo bucket. This prevents you from dragging dirt across the paint.

5. Rinse and dry: Prevent drying.

Rinse the car thoroughly with a wide water jet or pressure washer immediately after washing, before the shampoo has a chance to dry. Dry the car immediately with a clean, soft microfiber drying towel to prevent water spots.

RINSELESS WASH: 

1. Prepare the solution: Prepare the bucket and spray bottle.

Fill a clean bucket with approximately 10 liters of lukewarm water and add the shampoo. Additionally, prepare a separate pressure sprayer or spray bottle with the same mixing ratio. This mixture in the spray bottle serves as your 'pre-spray' to loosen the dirt beforehand.

2. Soak the cloths: Use the Gary Dean method.

Place 4 to 6 clean, plush microfiber cloths (at least 350 GSM) in the bucket with the shampoo solution. Let them become fully saturated with the product.

3. Apply pre-spray: Pre-moisten the panel.

Work panel by panel. Spray the first panel (e.g., the roof) generously with the spray bottle prepared in step 1. Let it dwell for 1 to 2 minutes, but do not let it dry. This ensures that the dirt is encapsulated and lifted from the paint.

4. Safely wipe without pressure: Fold the cloth into quarters.

Take a soaking wet microfiber cloth out of the bucket and wring it out very lightly (the cloth should still be very moist). Fold the cloth into quarters. Wipe the panel in one fluid motion in straight lines without applying pressure. Turn the cloth to a clean side after every wipe. When all 8 sides of the cloth are dirty, pick up a new cloth from the bucket. Never put a dirty cloth back into the bucket!

5. Dry immediately: Panel by panel.

Dry the freshly cleaned panel immediately after wiping with a clean, dry microfiber drying towel. Because Phat-Neut is pH-neutral and leaves no residue, you will wipe away the remaining moisture streak-free. Repeat steps 3 through 5 for the rest of the car, working from top to bottom.
