What is so special about Cleaning Petrol?
Colourlock Cleaning Spirit dissolves grease and oil from leather and vinyl surfaces. Regular cleaner is good for normal dirt, but before applying leather color or leather filler, always remove any residue with cleaning spirit.
The product dissolves grease, oil, wax, and silicone, allowing other products to adhere optimally. After cleaning with the powerful leather cleaner, degreasing is essential before any further treatment.
Colourlock Cleaning Petrol will not harm or damage the paint layer.

How do you use cleaning gasoline?
Dampen a clean, white, lint-free cloth with a small amount of cleaning spirit and wipe thoroughly over the areas to be treated. For greasy collar edges or skin contact points, it is important to treat multiple times until the surface feels rough and grease-free. Allow the leather to cool briefly before you begin sanding or applying color and repair products.
Please note: the product is highly flammable and must only be used in well-ventilated areas; furthermore, always test on an inconspicuous area first to check the colorfastness of the leather.
