What's so special about the V2 Dual Action Polisher?
The DAS6 PRO Dual Action Polisher V2 is the more powerful successor to the popular DAS6 and is considered the standard for both the enthusiastic DIYer and the beginner detailer. This random orbital polisher features a strong 900W motor that effortlessly removes scratches and oxidation without the risk of paint damage due to overheating. The dual-action movement (combining rotation and oscillation) ensures a safe polishing process where the risk of holograms is minimal. Furthermore, the V2 version features an improved ergonomic design and offers better balance, which significantly increases comfort during long polishing sessions.

How do you use the V2 Dual Action Polisher?
Attach the desired backing plate and a suitable polishing pad to the machine. Apply three to four pea-sized drops of polishing compound to the pad and spread it over a small work area of approximately 40x40 cm while the machine is still turned off. Start the machine on the lowest setting to distribute the compound evenly, then increase the speed (usually settings 3 to 5) for the actual polishing work.
Move the machine in an overlapping cross-hatch pattern without applying extra pressure; the weight of the machine and the movement of the pad do the work. After each section, wipe away the residue with a microfibre cloth to check the results and clean your pad regularly to prevent saturation.
