What's so special about the V2?
The DAS-6 V2 is the updated version of the legendary entry-level machine that made the detailing world accessible to the general public. This machine strikes the perfect balance between price and performance, equipped with an improved 650W motor and a 9mm throw. The V2 version is lighter, quieter, and vibrates significantly less than its predecessor, making it extremely user-friendly for beginners. Thanks to the eccentric movement, the machine is safe to use; the pad stops rotating under excessive pressure, making the risk of paint damage or burn-through virtually nil, while still having sufficient power to remove light to medium scratches and swirls.

How do you use the V2?
Attach a suitable pad to the 125mm backing plate and apply three drops of polishing compound. Place the pad on the surface to be treated (work in sections of approximately 40x40 cm) and spread the compound on setting 1. Increase the speed to setting 4 for paint correction or settings 2-3 for applying a wax or sealant. Move the machine slowly in a checkerboard pattern and let the machine do the work without applying extra pressure.
After 3 to 4 passes, wipe away the residue with a clean microfiber cloth to inspect the result. Clean the pad after each panel to prevent saturated polish from reducing effectiveness.
