What is so special about the Fine Cut?
Koch-Chemie Fine Cut (F6.01) is an intelligent polishing compound of the latest generation, specifically developed for the fast and complete removal of car wash scratches and similar signs of wear. This product offers a perfect balance between medium cutting power (Cut: 6.0) and a very high gloss level (Gloss: 7.0). It is capable of effortlessly eliminating sanding marks down to P2500 grit. Thanks to the unique, homogeneous abrasive grain, the compound is highly efficient to use and produces virtually no dust during the application process. Like the rest of the professional line, F6.01 is completely free of silicones and fillers.

How do you use Fine Cut?
Apply a modest amount of Fine Cut to a medium polishing pad (preferably the yellow Koch-Chemie Fine Cut Pad). Spread the product evenly over the surface at a low speed. Then, increase the speed to a medium level and polish with moderate pressure in a cross-hatch pattern. Continue polishing until the film of the compound becomes transparent and the defects have disappeared. Wipe away the remaining polishing residue with a clean, soft microfiber cloth.
Tip: F6.01 is ideally suited for treating paintwork with moderate signs of wear. If a slight haze or holograms are still visible on very dark paint after this step, a follow-up treatment with Micro Cut M3.02 can provide the ultimate deep gloss.
