What's so special about the WashBoard?
The Grit Guard Washboard works with the Grit Guard Insert in your Grit Guard Washbucket to separate dirt from your wash mitt! Like its sister product, the Grit Guard Insert, the Grit Guard Washboard has no flat surfaces where sand and dirt can accumulate. Contaminants are separated from the wash mitt by rubbing it against the Washboard in a downward motion.
Sand and dirt from your wash mitt are the main cause of scratches and wash marks on your car's paint. By using the Grit Guard Washboard in combination with the Grit Guard, you're guaranteed a clean, scratch-free wash mitt every time you use fresh water or shampoo.

How do you use the WashBoard?
Installation is a piece of cake: slide the legs on the bottom of the Wash Board into the openings of your existing Grit Guard Insert until they click into place. Place the entire assembly in your wash or rinse bucket. While washing, simply move your soiled wash mitt up and down over the ribbed surface of the board. The dirt is immediately loosened from the mitt, slides down the board, and disappears through the grid to the bottom of the bucket, where it can no longer circulate.
