In collaboration with Kranzle Belgium, WAX-IT has developed the perfect gun & lance kit for an efficient and safe car wash.
THE GUN
The lightweight and ergonomic gun is manufactured from high-quality materials and features a stainless steel connector. This guarantees maximum durability and a secure connection with accessories. Thanks to the long connector, the combination of the gun and accessories feels extremely solid.
The gun is comfortable to hold, even during prolonged use, thanks to its lightweight and ergonomic handle. Furthermore, it is equipped with a swivel head that connects the high-pressure hose. This prevents the hose from twisting, which significantly facilitates both usage and rolling up the hose.
THE LANCES
The set includes two lances: a long and a short variant. Both are equipped with a protective head to prevent damage to the paintwork. The nozzles are fully recessed, ensuring that no metal parts can come into contact with the vehicle.
Long lance: Ideal for cleaning the paintwork. The curved shape makes it easier to reach the roof and the underside of tall vehicles without having to hold the lance low to the ground.
Short lance: Perfect for cleaning wheels and wheel arches. Its compact dimensions ensure maximum mobility, allowing even the hardest-to-reach areas to be cleaned easily.
THE NOZZLES
The kit comes with an extra set of nozzles. By default, the nozzles are set at a 40° angle, but these can easily be adjusted to a 25° angle for a more powerful spray.
The set includes nozzles with a 045 orifice, optimized for the Kranzle 2160TST system. This delivers a working pressure of 110-120 bar at a flow rate of 11 L/min, which is ideal for car washing. Do you have a different type of high-pressure cleaner? Please contact us so we can provide the correct nozzle size.
Each set also comes with a roll of Teflon tape, useful for mounting the nozzles or for maintaining the various components.

How do you use the Pressure Washer Gun and Lance Kit?
Securely attach the high-pressure hose to the gun inlet. Slide the lance into the gun's coupling and lock it; for a quick-connect system, pull back the locking ring, insert the lance, and release the ring to snap it into place. Before switching on the machine, verify that all connections are secure and free of play. Always point the lance at a safe area on the ground before fully pressing the trigger to absorb the initial pressure surge.
After finishing your work, it is crucial to switch off the machine and squeeze the trigger again to release any residual pressure in the gun and hose. Disconnect the lance and dry the connection points to prevent limescale buildup on the seals.
