What's so special about the Iron Remover?
Poorboy's Iron Remover breaks down, dissolves, and removes ferrous particles caused by railway dust, brake dust, and industrial fallout. Poorboy's World Iron Remover can be used on all painted surfaces, wheels, plastic, and chrome. Although Iron Remover is dye-free, a chemical reaction occurs that causes a color change as it breaks down, loosens, and dissolves the iron particles.
This product will turn red/purple when sprayed onto a surface contaminated with iron particles. This is most easily visible on lighter-colored vehicles, but the decontamination performance is the same on all colors. This lets you know that iron is present, and Poorboy's World Iron Remover is working to remove the iron particle contamination.

How do you use Iron Remover?
- First wash and dry the vehicle's surface to remove loose dirt.
- Shake bottle well before use.
- Spray the surface to be cleaned with Iron Remover and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Do not allow the Iron Remover to dry. A light mist of water can be used to keep the surface moist.
- Clean the surface with a soft wash mitt, a cloth or a sponge intended for use with Iron Remover.
- Rinse the contaminated surface thoroughly with water to ensure all Iron Remover is washed away.
- Follow with a thorough wash and move on to other detailing steps such as clay, polish, wax, or sealant.
