What's so special about the Extended 115?
Are you looking for the ultimate mobile lift specifically designed for professional car detailing and car wrapping? The PM-Tools Extended 115 (Pneumatic Pump) 2.8T is an absolute game changer for your workshop. This extremely stable, parallelogram-controlled scissor lift lifts vehicles from 10 cm to a height of no less than 100 cm. Thanks to the smart design with four 180-degree rotating support arms (where the rear arms are also longitudinally adjustable), you always have – unlike traditional ramps – completely unobstructed access to the sills and wheel arches.
With an impressive lifting capacity of 2,800 kg, this 115 variant effortlessly lifts everything from a compact Fiat 500 to an extended BMW 7 Series or a large SUV such as the BMW X7. The lift itself weighs only 270 kg and is extremely mobile thanks to the included maneuvering handle. This specific version is powered by a highly reliable, powerful pneumatic pump that runs on compressed air (6 to 10 bar), meaning you do not require a power supply at the point of use.

How do you use the Extended 115?
Place the lift on a flat, sturdy surface and ensure there is sufficient working space all around. Connect the pneumatic pump to your compressor using a suitable air hose (minimum requirement is 6 to 10 bar compressed air with a flow rate of 600 liters per minute). Drive the vehicle over the lift or maneuver the lift under the car using the maneuvering handle. Rotate the four support arms under the vehicle's official jacking points and adjust the supplied lifting pads to the correct height to protect the sills.
Activate the foot pedal of the pneumatic pump to lift the vehicle smoothly and evenly. As soon as the desired working height is reached, always mechanically lower the lift into its safety lock before working under or on the car. To lower the vehicle again, manually unlock the mechanical safety mechanism and operate the foot pedal to release the compressed air in a controlled manner, after which the car lands safely back on its wheels.
