What is so special about the Q2M Eccentric Heavy Cut?
The GYEON Q2M Eccentric Heavy Cut Pad is an extremely aggressive polishing pad made of high-quality, compact foam with an open cell structure. This pad is specifically designed to deliver maximum corrective power when removing deep scratches, heavy oxidation, and sanding marks. Thanks to the unique conical shape (beveled edges) and the central hole, heat generation during polishing with an eccentric machine (DA) is kept to a minimum, which increases paint safety and pad durability.
The foam is stiff enough to transfer the full power of the machine to the surface, but flexible enough to effortlessly follow the contours of the vehicle.

How do you use the Q2M Eccentric Heavy Cut?
Attach the pad exactly in the center of the backing pad of your orbital polisher. Apply 3 to 4 drops of polishing paste (such as Q2M Compound) to the foam and, if desired, lightly massage it in to "prime" the pad. Work on a small area at a medium to high speed and apply light pressure for maximum removal. Clean the pad after each panel with a brush or compressed air to remove accumulated residue and prevent saturation. After the entire job is completed, wash the pad thoroughly with lukewarm water and a mild cleaner, and let it dry with the foam side down to preserve the Velcro layer.
