Cleaning your SWISSTRAX floor tiles
It's very simple: just vacuum regularly to remove most of the dust. Maintaining the tile surface is done with a wet mop or a cleaning machine, depending on your surface. If you need to clean or access your original floor, simply wipe down your tiles in the chosen location without having to dismantle all of them. Ribtrax floor tiles are the most popular model in the SWISSTRAX range.

How do you use the RIBTRAX Tiles PRO?
Installing a Swisstrax floor is a satisfying DIY job that requires no glue or special tools.
- Preparation: Ensure the subfloor is relatively level and swept clean.
- Laying plan: Start in a corner of the garage. Lay down the first tile with the "pins" (male side) in the direction you will be working.
- Clicking: Place the next tile against it and simply press it down with your foot or a rubber mallet. The patented click system ensures a seamless connection.
- Cutting to size: Do you need to go around a post or end up at a wall? You can easily cut the tiles to size with a circular saw or jigsaw (use a fine-toothed saw blade).
- Finishing: Use the special Swisstrax Edging at the garage opening for a smooth transition and a sleek look.
Maintenance: Cleaning is surprisingly simple. Use a vacuum cleaner to suck the dirt out from between the mesh, or simply spray the floor down with a water hose. The water drains away through the channels under the tiles.
