What's so special about the NEW Fusso Coat 12 Months Wax - Dark?
The Soft99 Fusso Coat is a hybrid wax (synthetic and natural) containing fluoropolymer, which keeps the paint protected against water and dirt for up to 12 months. This durable polymer forms a powerful barrier against contamination and UV rays. Water and dirt have a very difficult time adhering to the surface.
The major advantage of the combination with a classic wax is that the shine is also very "wet"! The wax is available in a version for light colors and a version for dark colors.
This product contains PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), which is known for its super hydrophobic properties and high-quality protection.
Every Fusso Coat comes with a specific sponge for applying the wax.

How do you use the NEW Fusso Coat 12 Months Wax - Dark?
For the best results, proper preparation is essential. Ensure the paint is washed, clayed, and preferably degreased (e.g., with Scholl CF02).
- Application: Use the included applicator sponge. Slightly dampen the sponge and take a very small amount of wax from the tin. Apply the wax extremely thinly to the paint. Use crosshatch motions to ensure even coverage.
- Drying: Let the wax dry. In summer, this takes about 5 to 10 minutes; in winter, 15 to 20 minutes. The wax is ready to be wiped off when a white haze appears that you can swipe away with your finger without smearing.
- Buffing: Use a clean, high-quality microfiber cloth to buff away the haze. Regularly turn the cloth to a clean side.
Important: Apply the wax panel by panel to prevent it from hardening too much, which makes it difficult to buff off. Applying it too thickly only creates extra work during buffing and does not improve durability.
