Using the SCANGRIP DIFFUSER with the MULTIMATCH 8 significantly enhances the worklight's functionality, as the diffuser softens and spreads the light across the car's surface, eliminating glare and harsh shadows. The SCANGRIP DIFFUSER is particularly suitable for checking high spots in paintwork, as well as for repairing dents and detecting dust particles on paintwork.

How do you use the Diffuser Small?
Choose the correct size Scangrip Diffuser that fits your specific Scangrip work light (diffusers are available for the Nova and Multimatch series, among others). Ensure that the front panel of your work light is clean and dust-free.
Hold the diffuser in front of the lens of the switched-on work light. The built-in magnets in the rim of the diffuser immediately pull themselves firmly onto the metal ring of the lamp housing. Set the lamp to the desired intensity. You will immediately notice that the bright 'hotspot' in the center of the beam disappears and gives way to an even, soft blanket of light. Use this diffuse light to polish coatings perfectly flat or to inspect the paintwork without glare. Do you want to remove the diffuser? Simply grasp it by the handy tab on the side and pull it off the lamp effortlessly.
