What's so special about Surfex-HD?
With increasing restrictions on the use of solvent-based degreasers and cleaners, safer water-based materials have been developed.
However, matching the performance of solvent-based systems has proven difficult and increasing environmental restrictions on acceptable water-based active ingredients have further challenged the ability of formulators.
Surfex-HD offers performance levels that match and even exceed solvent-based systems, while meeting the latest biodegradability standards.
Surfex-HD attacks all oil and grease contamination, but unlike solvent-based cleaners, it also effortlessly cleans organic or water-based dirt.
Surfex-HD can be adjusted in strength to suit the degree of contamination, remaining active at levels as low as 1 part in 200 in water for light work, or used undiluted for extreme work.
Surfex-HD is recommended for all heavy-duty cleaning tasks in the automotive, commercial and domestic sectors.
It can be used on exterior and interior surfaces, paint, alloy wheels, tires, fabric, carpet, and most other surfaces. Random spot testing is always recommended.
Surfex-HD can be sprayed, brushed or applied with a pressure washer.
Surfex-HD contains no volatile organic compounds, is biodegradable, non-toxic, and pleasant to use. Yet, its ability to remove grease and oil-based contamination is superior to many well-known solvent-based degreasers.
Using water-based degreasers allows you to tailor the strength to the job. Surfex-HD can be added to water at just 0.5% to create an effective cleaner for light applications, and its strength can be increased to pure if needed for heavy-duty industrial applications.
