What is so special about the Tape and Striping Remover?
The HPX Tape And Striping Remover (also known as the "sticker remover disc" or "gummed wheel") is a brilliant invention for removing stubborn residue without damaging the paintwork. This disc is made of a special natural rubber that, when rotating, literally "gmts" adhesive residue, stickers, or double-sided tape off the paint. Unlike chemical solvents, which can sometimes damage the paint or require hours to soak in, this disc gets the job done in seconds. It is ideally suited for removing residue from trim strips, emblems, and old lettering on metal body parts.

How do you use the Tape and Striping Remover?
Attach the disc to a standard (cordless) drill using the included adapter. Set the machine to a speed between 2000 and 4000 rpm (do not use the highest setting to prevent heat buildup). Place the edge of the disc on the adhesive residue to be removed and move the disc gently back and forth over the surface. Apply light, even pressure; let the disc do the work. The residue will turn into small rubber crumbs. Afterwards, wipe away the residue with a microfiber cloth and a mild degreaser.
Caution: Never use this product on plastic bumpers or freshly painted surfaces, as the friction heat can deform or damage the material.
