How do you use the Diffuser Medium?

Ensure that the front panel and the metal rim around the lens of your Scangrip Multimatch R, Nova R, or Nova 2 Connect are clean and free of dust.

Hold the Scangrip Diffuser Medium directly in front of the lamp's lens. The strong, integrated magnets in the edge of the diffuser will immediately snap firmly onto the metal housing of your lamp. Switch on the lamp and set the brightness as desired. You will immediately see the bright light beam transform into an even, soft blanket of light that illuminates the entire work surface without straining your eyes.

After use (or when you need hard, focused light again to detect swirls), simply grasp the diffuser by the edge and pull it effortlessly off the lamp. Thanks to its compact size, you can easily store it in your detailing bag or toolbox.
