BILT-HAMBER FERROSOL
What's so special about Ferrosol?
Ferrosol is a high-quality lubricant designed to penetrate tight tolerances, free seized parts, displace water, restore electrical circuits, and provide corrosion protection. Ferrosol contains unique molecules that electrochemically bond to metal surfaces when subjected to friction, forming an effective barrier against wear. Independent laboratory tests confirm that Ferrosol significantly outperforms competing products.
Ferrosol is so wear resistant that the product is ideal for use in drilling, tapping and reaming to extend tool life.
Ferrosol should be applied liberally to water-contaminated surfaces. Initial movement occurs quickly. The remaining Ferrosol film offers excellent corrosion protection and can be easily removed later with mild solvents if necessary. Insulate electrical equipment or components before treatment.
Ferrosol can be used to remove gum, adhesives, wax, and tar from many surfaces, including most car finishes. Apply the product to the affected area, let it sit for 10-20 seconds, and then gently remove it with a soft cotton cloth.
For use as a metalworking lubricant, Ferrosol should be applied regularly to the workpiece and tools. To lubricate, apply liberally and allow to penetrate.
To loosen rusted and frozen parts, Ferrosol must be left to sit for a few minutes. Rusted nuts and bolts should be tightened before loosening, as this will "crack" the rusted joint.
Always follow the manufacturer's lubrication advice when lubricating equipment and machinery.
Ferrosol continues to lubricate even when the visible oil film has disappeared.
Ferrosol is invaluable in applications where its extreme pressure and low surface tension allow it to penetrate and lubricate hard-to-reach moving parts. For example, the ejector pins of injection molds exhibit significant resistance to wear and seizure when lubricated with Ferrosol, reducing costly downtime.
Ferrosol provides excellent protection against wear and corrosion to hundreds of moving parts in cars and other vehicles.
Heavy-duty industrial applications such as winches, chains, and load-bearing pivots and connections can easily be lubricated with Ferrosol; these high-load applications were previously considered unsuitable for other penetrating lubricants. Ferrosol continues to lubricate even after the visible oil film has disappeared.
Ferrosol can be safely used in automotive body shops where silicone-containing fluids cause paint defects.

Ferrosol does not contain silicone, PTFE, molybdenum disulfide or chlorinated solvents.
