What is so special about the PZ-O 35 HEX?
The FLEX PZ-O 35 HEX is a cylindrical polishing sponge with a diameter of 35 mm, designed for the finest detail work. This orange sponge has a medium-fine cell structure, making it ideal for removing light scratches and creating a high-gloss finish on very small surfaces. The sponge features a hexagonal (HEX) shank, allowing it to be clicked directly and securely into the bit holder of, for example, the FLEX FS 140 flexible shaft. This makes it possible to polish in areas where traditional machines cannot reach, such as the inside of door handles, emblems, radiator grilles, or complex interior parts.

How do you use the PZ-O 35 HEX?
Click the HEX shank of the PZ-O 35 into the bit holder of your flexible shaft (or any other tool with a 1/4" bit holder). Apply a minimal amount of polishing compound to the side or the head of the sponge. Work at a low speed to prevent splattering and guide the sponge carefully over the surface. Thanks to its cylindrical shape, you can work with the tip for deep corners as well as with the side for narrow strips.
After use, you can clean the sponge with a mild pad cleaner or lukewarm water. Replace the sponge as soon as the foam structure shows signs of wear to ensure a safe and consistent result.
