What is so special about the Frost Eater?
Scraping on a winter morning takes time, and using an ice scraper also runs the risk of damaging your glass or paintwork. ADBL's Frost Eater makes that unnecessary: a fast-acting de-icer that loosens the layer of ice from the inside out.
The formula is exceptionally powerful and continues to work down to about -60 °C, well below what our winters will ever bring. In addition to loosening existing ice, the product also prevents the surface from refreezing immediately, which is convenient when you leave early and the temperature is still dropping.
It has a wide range of uses: on windows, mirrors, and even on frozen door locks. The product is harmless to glass, paintwork, rubber, and plastic, so you don't have to worry about your rubber seals or painted parts if you get overspray.
The product is ready to use and very economical: one to two sprays per square meter are usually sufficient. So you don't need to spray generously to see results.

How do you use Frost Eater?
- Spray the product directly onto the frozen window, mirror, or lock. One to two sprays per square meter is sufficient.
- Let it sit for about one to two minutes to allow the layer of ice to loosen.
- Remove the loosened ice with the windshield wipers or wipe it away with a microfiber cloth.
- Repeat the treatment for a very thick layer of ice, rather than using too much product at once.
- Also use the product on frozen door locks and door rubber seals to free up frozen doors.
- Only turn on the windshield wipers when they are no longer frozen, to avoid damaging the rubber blades.
- Store the bottle in a cool and dry place, out of direct sunlight. Preferably keep it within reach inside the car, not in the trunk behind a frozen tailgate.
