What is so special about the Roller DA15125-01?
With dual-action machines, everything revolves around the throw. A short throw offers precision but takes time; a very long throw makes quick progress but becomes clumsy on curved parts. ADBL's DA15125-01 sits right in the middle with its 15 mm throw, making it the most balanced choice for many users.
With this throw, you cover a large surface area per revolution, allowing the hood, roof, and doors to progress smoothly, while the machine remains easy to steer on flanks, wheel arches, and curves. Therefore, you do not need a second machine for the majority of your work.
The 810-watt power ensures that the pad maintains its speed even under pressure, with a speed range from 1,560 to 4,800 rpm. The electronic speed control with soft start prevents jumping when turned on, and precise rotational stabilization maintains the speed when you apply more force, keeping your correction predictable.
At 2.5 kilograms, the machine remains manageable, and the ergonomic head plus the included side handle give you two grips for extra control. The 8-meter cable allows you to walk around the car without an extension cord. The set also includes a tube of silicone lubricant for maintenance.

How do you use the Roller DA15125-01?
- Wash the car thoroughly, decontaminate where necessary, and make sure the paint is completely clean and cool. Never work in direct sunlight.
- Mount the 125 mm backing plate and attach the side handle for extra control.
- Press your polishing pad centrally and evenly onto the hook-and-loop fastener so it is not misaligned and causing vibrations.
- Apply your polish sparingly to the pad and spread it across an area of approximately 40 x 40 cm at a low speed first.
- Increase the speed and work the area using cross-hatch movements: first lengthways, then across.
- Keep the machine flat against the panel and apply even pressure. Start with the pad against the panel and only lift it off when the machine has stopped.
- Clean the pad periodically, degrease the paint afterward, and apply protection. Periodically maintain the machine with the included silicone lubricant and check the carbon brushes.
