Detailing Swabs
ADBL DETAILING SWABS
What is so special about the Detailing Swabs?
When cleaning an interior, it is always the same spots that are left behind: the slats of the ventilation grilles, the edges around the buttons on your center console, the seam between the dashboard and the window. A cloth is too coarse for them and your fingers won't fit. ADBL's Detailing Swabs are made precisely for that work.
The set contains four swabs, each with a different foam head. That variation is the whole point: a narrow head slides between the slats of an air vent, while a wider or differently shaped head follows a curve or a corner. This way, you don't have to improvise with cotton swabs that leave lint behind or push too hard in a spot where you want to be careful.
The foam absorbs cleaning products nicely and releases them in a controlled manner, allowing you to work precisely without wetting your interior. They are therefore ideal in combination with an interior cleaner or a quick detailer. A small set with a big impact on the finish: it is precisely those details that make the difference between 'cleaned' and 'professionally detailed'.
MANUAL
How do you use Detailing Swabs?
- Vacuum the interior thoroughly first, so you have already removed loose dust and dirt before you start with the swabs.
- Choose the swab whose head shape best matches the area you want to clean.
- Dip or spray a small amount of interior cleaner onto the foam head. Moisten lightly and do not saturate the head, so that no product drips into crevices or electronics.
- Loosen the dirt with short, light movements. Work slat by slat when cleaning ventilation grilles.
- Rotate the swab regularly or wipe it clean as soon as the head is dirty, so you do not smear the dirt back around.
- Absorb the loosened dirt with a clean microfiber cloth and check the result in good light.
- Rinse the heads carefully with lukewarm water after use and let them dry completely, or discard the swab when the head is worn.
