Revolvair - Tornado Gun
ADBL REVOLVAIR TORNADO GUN
What is so special about the Revolvair Tornado Gun?
A tornado gun works differently than a brush or towel. The compressed air coming through the rotating nozzle puts the cleaning agent into a rapid swirling motion, thereby loosening dirt from deep within your upholstery, carpet, or textured plastics. Areas that you can never reach by hand are thus cleaned after all.
ADBL's Revolvair is built for this purpose. The 800 ml reservoir features a transparent control strip so you can see at a glance how much solution is left. The metal tube is mounted on a bearing, which keeps the rotation smooth and benefits durability during intensive use.
With a control valve, you adjust the flow of cleaning agent and compressed air, allowing you to tailor the aggressiveness to the material you are working on. If you want even finer dosing, you can combine the gun with the ADBL Air Control Regulator.
Practical points: the gun weighs only 0.66 kg and has an ergonomic grip, making longer periods of work comfortable. The air connection is G1/4" with a swivel ball joint, allowing your hose to connect at any angle. Important: only use neutral or slightly alkaline cleaning agents.
MANUAL
How do you use the Revolvair Tornado Gun?
- Vacuum the interior thoroughly first and remove loose dirt from seams and folds.
- Fill the reservoir with a neutral or slightly alkaline cleaning agent at the correct dilution ratio. Do not use aggressive or strongly acidic products.
- Connect the gun to your compressed air source using the quick connector and keep the working pressure below 8 bar.
- Adjust the control valve and test on an inconspicuous spot first to find the correct flow rate.
- Work zone by zone and keep the nozzle moving. Do not soak the material.
- Extract the loosened dirt and liquid with a wet vacuum extractor, or wipe it down with a microfiber towel.
- Rinse the reservoir and nozzle with clean water after use, disconnect the compressed air, and store the gun dry. Wear hearing protection: the noise level is ± 86 dB(A).
