What is so special about the DA09125-02 + Bag?
When it comes to a polishing machine, not only power matters, but above all how long you can work with it comfortably. ADBL's DA09125-02 is clearly built with that mindset in mind: weighing just 2 kilograms, it is among the lightest in its class while still delivering 750 watts.
The design supports this. The shortened, contoured head follows the shape of your palm, allowing you to steer the machine firmly and relaxed. Combined with the non-slip housing and rotational stabilization that dampens vibrations, you maintain good control over the machine even after an hour of work. Furthermore, the short 9 mm throw and compact head make it suitable for bumpers, pillars, and other areas where a large machine cannot lie flat.
On a technical level, attention has been paid to detail. The electronic speed control with six settings switches smoothly between 2,000 and 6,400 rpm, the soft start prevents jumping when turned on, and the fast disc brake stops the pad immediately when you let go. Additionally, a carbon brush wear indicator lets you know when they need replacing, rather than having you guess yourself.
The set is complete: two backing plates (125 and 75 mm), two wrenches, carbon brushes, a disc guard, and a carry bag.

How do you use the DA09125-02 + Bag?
- Wash the car thoroughly, decontaminate where necessary, and make sure the paint is completely clean and cool. Never work in direct sunlight.
- Mount the backing plate that fits the job: 125 mm for regular panels, 75 mm for narrow areas and precision work.
- Press your polishing pad centrally and evenly onto the hook-and-loop fastener so it is not misaligned and causing vibrations.
- Apply your polish sparingly to the pad and spread it across the surface at a low setting first.
- Choose the desired speed setting and work the area using cross-hatch movements: first lengthways, then across.
- Always start with the pad against the panel and only lift it off when the machine has stopped.
- Clean the pad periodically, degrease the paint afterward, and apply protection. Replace the carbon brushes when the wear indicator signals to do so.
