What is so special about the DA12075-01 + Bag?
A small machine with a large throw: that is the unique combination that sets this Roller apart. The DA12075-01 operates with a 75 mm backing plate, making it exceptionally agile, yet it features a 12 mm throw, which is larger than on most mini-machines. This allows you to work both precisely and efficiently in places where a large machine cannot lie flat.
This makes it ideal for narrow panels, bumper edges, pillars, mirror caps, and the areas around wheel arches. Exactly the work where you lose the most time during a full correction job, and where most detailers reach for a second, smaller machine.
When it comes to comfort and control, a lot of thought has gone into the design. Weighing 2 kilograms, the machine feels light in the hand, the housing features an anti-slip layer, and the short, profiled head rests naturally in your palm. The rotational stabilization noticeably dampens vibrations, resulting in more uniform work and less fatigue.
The electronics include a six-position control that smoothly switches between 2,000 and 5,500 rpm, a soft start to prevent jumping when turned on, a fast-stop function, and a wear indicator that signals when the carbon brushes need replacing. An 8-meter cable and a carry bag complete the package.

How do you use the DA12075-01 + Bag?
- Wash the car thoroughly, decontaminate where necessary, and make sure the paint is completely clean and cool. Never work in direct sunlight.
- Mount the 75 mm backing plate and press your polishing pad centrally and evenly onto it.
- Apply your polish sparingly to the pad and spread it across the surface at a low setting first.
- Choose the desired speed setting and work the area using cross-hatch movements: first lengthways, then across.
- Keep the machine flat against the panel and apply even pressure. On narrow parts, make sure the entire pad makes contact.
- Always start with the pad against the panel and only lift it off when the machine has stopped.
- Clean the pad periodically, degrease the paint afterward, and apply protection. Replace the carbon brushes when the wear indicator signals to do so.
