What is so special about Spirits Hays?
Within ADBL's Spirits line, Hays is the most characterful composition. Where Desire is sensual and Fame is luxurious, Hays stands for power and confidence, with a distinctly masculine signature.
The fragrance opens surprisingly fresh with sweet, fruity notes that make the whole accessible. Beneath that lies a subtle floral heart featuring jasmine, which adds elegance without making the scent soft.
The real strength lies in the base. Deep patchouli forms the backbone, complemented by warm sandalwood and cedarwood accents, the sweetness of amber and tonka bean, and a sensual layer of musk. This combination gives the fragrance its weight and ensures it lingers long after application.
The result is a perfume with an undeniable presence, made for those who do not want a neutral scent but an interior that leaves an impression. Like the other Spirits perfumes, it is constructed like a real perfume, with top, middle, and base notes that come to life one after another.

How do you use Spirits Hays?
- Clean the interior first and let it dry. The perfume comes across purely on a fresh surface.
- Gently shake the bottle before use.
- Dispense sparingly. This fragrance is pronounced, so start with very little and build up to your own preference.
- Preferably apply it to textiles or a fragrance carrier, and not directly onto windows, displays, leather, or painted interior parts.
- Let the fragrance open up for a moment and briefly air out the car before getting in. The fruit fades first, after which the floral heart and warm wood base notes emerge.
- Only reapply when the fragrance truly starts to fade, as the base with patchouli and wood lingers for a long time.
- Store the bottle in a cool, dry, and frost-free place, away from direct sunlight.
