Air Control Regulator
ADBL AIR CONTROL REGULATOR
What is so special about the Air Control Regulator?
Anyone who works with the ADBL Revolvair gun knows that not every job requires the same airflow. When blowing out an engine bay, you want firm pressure, but for cleaning a delicate interior or sensitive parts, a more sensitive touch is better. The Air Control Regulator lets you make precisely that choice.
You screw the regulator between your Revolvair and the compressed air connection, and with a steplessly adjustable rotary knob, you determine yourself how much pressure and air flows through. This way you effortlessly adjust the gun to the surface, instead of constantly having to tinker with your compressor.
This immediately yields two additional benefits: you consume less compressed air because you never let through more air than necessary, and working becomes noticeably quieter. The set includes a rubber sealing ring that ensures an airtight connection. Handy, small, and designed specifically for the Revolvair.
MANUAL
How do you use the Air Control Regulator?
- Before assembly, check the rubber sealing ring on the regulator. If it is damaged or worn, replace it to prevent air leaks.
- Screw the Air Control Regulator into the designated connection of your ADBL Revolvair. Tighten hand-tight and do not force it, this protects the thread and the seal.
- Then connect your Revolvair to your compressed air source or compressor via the regulator.
- Start with a low setting and steplessly open the knob until you reach the desired pressure and airflow.
- Adjust the setting to the surface: less pressure for delicate parts and interiors, more pressure for coarser blowing or drying jobs.
- After use, reduce the pressure and disconnect the regulator from the compressed air source. Store the part clean and dry.
