How do you use the Phat-Neut?

1. Pre-wash: Remove loose dirt beforehand.

Do not park the car in direct sunlight and ensure the paint feels cool. First, rinse the car thoroughly with a pressure washer or apply snow foam (such as Bilt Hamber Auto-Foam) to safely remove coarse, loose dirt before touching the paint.

2. Preparing the buckets: Use the correct dosage.

Use the well-known 'two-bucket method': one bucket with clean rinse water and one wash bucket. Add the recommended amount of Phat-Neut to the wash bucket (usually a few capfuls are sufficient for a 10-liter bucket, depending on the exact concentration guideline on the bottle). Fill the bucket with a powerful stream of water to create a rich layer of foam.

3. The washing process: Work from top to bottom.​

Dip a high-quality microfiber wash mitt into the bucket with Phat-Neut. Wash the car panel by panel, starting at the top (the roof and hood) and working your way down to the dirtier areas. Let the wash mitt glide over the paintwork without applying pressure.

4. Rinse in between: Keep the wash mitt clean.

Rinse the wash mitt thoroughly in the bucket of clean rinse water after each panel to loosen any picked-up dirt. Only then run the mitt through the bucket of Phat-Neut shampoo again. This prevents you from moving dirt across the paintwork.

5. Rinse and dry: Prevent drying out.

Rinse the car thoroughly with a wide stream of water or a pressure washer immediately after washing, before the shampoo has a chance to dry. Then dry the car immediately with a clean, soft microfiber drying cloth to prevent limescale stains.

RINSELESS WASH: 

1. Preparing the solution: Prepare the bucket and spray bottle.

Fill a clean bucket with approximately 10 liters of lukewarm water and add the shampoo. Additionally, prepare a separate pressure sprayer or spray bottle with the same mixing ratio. This mixture in the spray bottle serves as your 'pre-spray' to loosen the dirt beforehand.

2. Soaking cloths: Use the Gary Dean method.

Place 4 to 6 clean, plush microfiber cloths (minimum 350 GSM) in the bucket with the shampoo solution. Allow them to become fully saturated with the product.

3. Apply pre-spray: Dampen the panel beforehand.

Work panel by panel. Spray the first panel (for example, the roof) generously with the spray bottle you prepared in step 1. Let this sit for 1 to 2 minutes, but absolutely do not let it dry. This ensures that the dirt is encapsulated and comes loose from the paint.

4. Remove safely without pressure: Fold the cloth into quarters.

Take a soaking wet microfiber cloth from the bucket and wring it out very lightly (the cloth must still be very damp). Fold the cloth into quarters. Wipe over the panel in straight lines with one smooth motion and without pressure. Turn the cloth to a clean side after each wipe. When all 8 sides of the cloth are dirty, take a new cloth from the bucket. Never put a dirty cloth back into the bucket!

5. Dry immediately: Panel by panel.

Dry the freshly cleaned panel immediately after wiping it down with a clean, dry microfiber drying cloth. Because Phat-Neut is pH-neutral and leaves no residue, you can wipe away any remaining moisture without streaks. Repeat steps 3 through 5 for the rest of the car, working from top to bottom.
