What is so special about Cleaning Petrol?
Colourlock Cleaning Petrol dissolves grease and oil from leather and vinyl surfaces. The normal cleaner is effective for standard dirt, but before applying leather dye or leather filler, residues must always be removed with this cleaning benzine.
The product dissolves grease, oil, wax, and silicone, ensuring that other products can adhere optimally. After cleaning with the Strong Leather Cleaner, degreasing is essential before continuing with further treatment.
Colourlock Cleaning Petrol will not affect or damage the colour layer.

How do you use cleaning gasoline?
Moisten a clean, white, lint-free cloth with a small amount of cleaning benzine and wipe the areas to be treated thoroughly. For greasy collar edges or skin contact points, it is important to treat the area multiple times until the surface feels grippy and grease-free. Allow the leather to evaporate briefly before you begin sanding or applying colour and repair products.
Note: The product is highly flammable and should only be used in well-ventilated areas; furthermore, always test it first on an inconspicuous area to check the colourfastness of the leather.
