What's so special about the New Leather Care Kit?
The COLOURLOCK Leather Shield Cleaning and Maintenance Kit is ideal for preventing color damage and color transfer to leather caused by friction in high-contact areas of car interiors (driver's seat side bolsters), furniture, sofas, couches, jackets, and handbags.
CONTENTS: - 1 x Leather Cleaner Soft/Strong 125 ml - 1 x Leather Protector 150 ml - 1 x Cleaning Cloth - 1 x Cleaning Sponge.
We also have a smaller set containing 1 x 30 ml Strong Cleaner, 1 x 30 ml Leather Protector, and 1 x Cleaning Sponge. The smaller set does not include a cloth.

How do you use the New Leather Care Kit?
Ideal for smooth leather in a car or furniture upholstery. If soiled, the leather should be thoroughly cleaned before applying Leather Shield. The COLOURLOCK Leather Cleaning Brush (not included) makes it easy to work with stubborn dirt deep within the grain. New leather should be cared for with Leather Shield for the first three years. For leather items and surfaces older than three years, we recommend the COLOURLOCK Leather Care Kit with Leather Protector.
New leather doesn't require any special care, but it does require effective protection against wear, tear, and discoloration. In a new car, for example, the driver's seat often experiences more wear. Treat the driver's seat every 3 months and other leather upholstery every 6-12 months. The same applies to furniture.
Areas that are used more frequently and are more likely to suffer color damage from friction should be treated with Leather Shield. The amount is usually sufficient to treat an entire interior or furniture set several times. Important: Do not use on porous leather. Test: Rub a drop of water onto the surface. If the leather absorbs the water, it is porous.
